Processing your order
Once we receive your order, please allow 1 – 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. We make every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible and shipped to you immediately.
Shipping your order
Your order will be shipped via Australia Post by your selected method.
You will receive an email notification the day your order is shipped with a confirmation of shipping and a tracking number.
Please be aware delays in delivery may be experienced due to the COVID 19 impact on postal services.
Tracking your order
We know you will be excited to receive your item and that is why we send an email confirmation to advise you when your order has been shipped. The tracking number gives you the ability to track where your order is at any given time until it reaches your doorstep.
If you haven’t received your email confirmation please check your ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk’ folder as the confirmation may have been received a SPAM. If you add our email address to your contacts you will ensure our emails reach your ‘Inbox’.
Local Pickup
If you live in our area, you are welcome to pick up your item from our address. Pick up is by prior arrangement. Please note, if you do not arrive on time, we cannot guarantee someone will be here for your pickup.
Orders lost or damaged in transit
If your item is lost or damaged in transit by Australia Post, please notify us and we will report the lost item to Australia Post. Please notify us at if you have not received your order in a reasonable timeframe.
Once a report is lodged with Australia Post, if you are not satisfied with their decision, you may address your concerns to the Postal Industry Ombudsman who may be able to assist you in some circumstances.
